THE DRAGON
This Page Updated
I looked the dragon in the eye.
He stopped his roar and said goodbye.
When he was gone I said, with a sigh,
"I faced my dragon and didn't die."
And I realized my greatest reward,
was that I didn't even need my sword.
I guess I must not take too much pride,
that the sword remained at my side.
What caused him to leave was not my stare.
He only left because God was there.
