TERRORISM

Why is it so hard to resist,
becoming like the terrorist?
Are we honest when we state,
" we only want to retaliate."

Are they the ones that started the fight?
Or shall we look at history in a new light.
The wrongs that were suffered so long ago,
so blurred by time - no one will know.

We find it so hard to do God's will.
There are so many we wish to kill.
We say we'll stop when the war is won.
But we must just stop, say "IT IS DONE"

Yes! They were wrong to start the fight,
but do two wrongs now make a right ?
We may all find it easier to live
If we listen to God -
forgive.
