MOUNTAIN TOP

When I started, I said I'd never stop
until I reach the mountain top.
Upon accomplishing what I seek,
I look around and find another peak.

So, I must now turn around,
leave behind what I have found
and wander down the mountain side,
where once I thought I would reside.

Now in the valley, I take heed,
shed those things I no longer need.
For in the morning, I shall ascend
another mountain. There is no end.

The climb is difficult done physically,
but, Oh, so easy --- done mystically.
