Surely it would be so great,
to create a world without hate.
To create a world full of love,
just listen to the words from above.
Remember, when each person we meet,
above the law is the mercy seat.
and as we go from place to place,
take along our God of grace.
There is a beautiful seat of gold,
above the ark of law, we are told.
keep the laws within the ark,
the mercy seat shall be our mark.
