THE LORD'S AFFIRMATION

Our Father, who is everywhere present,

Hallowed is Thy Name.

Thy Kingdom is here.     (Though it be beyond our understanding,)

Thy Will is done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

You give us every day our daily bread.

You forgive us our trespasses and in the same manner, we shall forgive others who trespass against us.

You lead us into adventure, but you deliver us from evil.

For Thine is the Kingdom,

and the Power, and the Glory, forever and Ever.

Amen.

I believe that the "Lords Prayer" is a beseeching prayer that asks for God to do things that, I believe, are already being done.
In a beseeching prayer we ask God to do something.
We must therefore assume that it is not the nature of God to do this and we want some change in God’s manner.
I believe it is reasonable to think that, "perhaps" in the many translations, some meaning might have been lost or changed.
I would like to submit to those people that believe in the affirmation of God's Love that the
above be used.
