Lanie and Steve

In May of 2002, after 10 years at The Boardwalk Inn, Steve & Lanie retired from the lodging business .

We now live in this small farm house that we are refurbishing
near Hersey MI.

This house sat empty for two and a half years, waiting for us to adopt it.
The property was owned by the same family since the 1840's.
We are the first "non-family" to own the property.


Unfortunately this old barn is beyond even our efforts
and will have to come down
